The E-Volve 2 is a premium bike rack designed for effortless loading and transport of a wide range of bikes including E-bikes. NOTE: The E-Volve 2 is not compatible with the standard height "flat sided" tow ball. These balls look like a standard round ball but have two flat sides on the flange of the ball. Please note, high rise tow balls also have flat sides on the flange but are characterised as "high rise" balls rather than "flat sided" balls. See image below for example of a standard height "flat sided" tow ball.
When fitted to a flat sided tow ball, the E-Volve 2 will not seat correctly and will not sit level with the vehicle. If you see a customer with an E-Volve 2 seated as shown below, please make your customer aware that their tow ball is likely not suitable for the rack. We recommend they use a round 50 mm tow ball or a high rise tow ball.
