Tubeless Ready tyres can be fitted without an inner tube provided that a tubeless wheel is used, the maximum pressure is not exceeded, sealant is added and the tyre pressure is checked before each ride.
RUBBERS
All of MICHELIN’s experience has gone into defining these latest mixes, allowing mountain bikers to obtain the optimal performance compromise between grip, efficiency and wear. Compound are produced in varying levels of shore hardness the lower the index value, the greater the gum softness; conversely, as the index value rises, the gum becomes harder.
BI-COMPOUND: Magi-X: Developed and used in the Enduro World Series competition, these especially high-performance compounds offer exceptional grip when cornering and braking in the most demanding conditions.
CASING-REINFORCEMENTS
Hi-Density Shield technology, a cross-laid reinforcement on the crown covering the tread.
BI-COMPOUND: High-density cross-laid reinforcement protecting the whole tyre casing. The crown and sidewalls are reinforced to provide maximum protection and durability.
